A unique cocktail, without family, typical and stereotypical of Cuba. Try your mojitos with strawberry, pineapple or banana. We prepare this cocktail directly in a medium sized glass for long drinks: 7 or 8 mint leaves, a spoonful of cane sugar, the juice of a lemon or lime, a dash of angostura bitter, a little soda, then we muddle it with a pestle and mix well until the sugar dissolves, and add rum and plenty of crushed ice. We stir the cocktail with a bar spoon and garnish with a mint sprig.
In order to prepare the authentic mojito cocktail, it includes 4 exclusive glasses: chic and fun design. (7.5cm wide and 14 de high), a stainless steel muddler (morter) with a rubber to smash and a stainless steel measuring glass.
